BPM Agency is a creative and narrative event agency specialized in scripting and immersive experiences. We create creative and disruptive universes that go off the beaten track for demanding companies looking for original solutions for their strategies, team development, service/product promotions and brand image.

Aurélien Fauches: Associate Director – Head of Communications

A former research fellow at the CNRS, university lecturer and professor of sociology at the University of Paris Est, Aurélien has 12 years of experience in the academic world.
For more than 10 years, Aurélien has been auditing, scripting and enhancing corporate identities through his expertise in human behavior through gamification, immersive experiences and systemic diagnostics, always with a dual objective: to meet professional objectives such as KPI/ROI/RSE and the promotion of soft skills and well-being in the workplace.
Arnaud Severac : General Manager
With a wealth of professional experience in various fields (associations, politics, charities, industry), Arnaud decided to put his rich expertise to good use by creating a creative events company. 
A real human Swiss Army knife, he puts his organizational, administrative and technical know-how at the service of his clients and partners by providing concrete and efficient solutions.
Thomas Beuriot- Sales Director
An idea, a project, a cost. His job is to give the green light with solid commercial agreements. Indeed, the important thing is to use the budget in the best way. 15 years in the event industry allows him to know the cost of each service at its fair value.
