The Musée Fabre shows a major collection of paintings from the 15th to the 21th century, a fine collection of sculptures and a large set of decorative art pieces. The permanent collection shows more than 900 works, among which numerous masterpieces of Veronese, Poussin, Houdon, Delacroix, Courbet, Soulages.
The Hôtel de Cabrières-Sabatier d’Espeyran, a luxurious mansion built in 1874 next to the Fabre Museum, hosts the decorative-arts
department. Visitors are invited to discover the lifestyle of the 18th and 19th century bourgeois and aristocratic society through a
unique collection of silver, tapestry and furniture.
The museum offers a high-quality conference hall for hire, the auditorium. Besides, the museum offers possibilities of receptions in 3 different spaces: the “Vien” courtyard and inside spaces, the“Buren” hall and the "hôtel de Cabrières Sabatier d’Espeyran".
