The former winery is divided into three parts:
- The vinification cellars Riberach and the wineshop
- The contemporary design hotel with rooms in and above the old wine vats, 2 meeting rooms (240 m² and 60 m²), a spa with hammam, sauna, bathtube and an outside natural swimming-pool;
- The “La Coopérative” restaurant, Michelin one starred since 2014, that opens onto a Mediterranean garden and surrounding vineyards. Chef Laurent Lemal “Bocuse d’Or France 2015” showcases seasonal produces and proposes an instinctive and contemporary style of South-flavoured cooking.
Between sea and mountains, themed breaks like wine tourism, (wine safari …) well-being and well-eating are proposed to be shared as the seasons.NUMBER OF ROOMS: 18 rooms
