The Grand Couvent de Gramat is located 10 minutes from Rocamadour in northern Lot, in the heart of the Causses du Quercy Regional Natural Park, recognized as a UNESCO Global Geopark, just 200 meters from Gramat train station.

Our six modular workspaces are fully equipped to meet professional meeting standards, offering tailored spaces for workshops, conferences, and training sessions accommodating between 15 and 180 attendees. 

A library and TV room are also available for relaxation or informal work sessions. The cloister, garden, and chapel are available for receptions, concerts, or social gatherings. 

A separate building, “La Ferme,” can be entirely privatized for evening events, cocktails, entertainment, or dining.

On-site restaurant with catering services available. Traditional cuisine showcasing fresh, local Quercy products sourced from regional suppliers via the “Mangez Lotois” network or directly from producers. Services include full restaurant meals, catering, hot and cold buffets, or plancha-style dining. Maximum capacity: 190 people.

Number of rooms : 39 rooms, including 14 accessible for persons with reduced mobility (PRM), totaling 83 sleeping:
13 singles, 10 twins, 10 doubles (including 9 convertible into twins), 4 triple rooms (convertible into twins), 1 triple room (three 90cm beds), 3 family rooms for four people, 1 family room for five people, 1 family room for six people

Facilities : Wi-Fi throughout the site, Video projector, screen, sound system, wireless microphone, Flipchart, podiums (on request)

Activities : Team-building activities, cocktail receptions, guided site visits, Horseback or hiking trails, pizza nights, or bread-making in the old convent bakery, Electric scooters, canoeing, and kayaking.
